How does it work?
We send your organisation a data collection device which is easily plugged into your telephone system. There is a one off set-up charge and the system can be live the day after the data collection box has been connected.
We have a number of standard reports which can be emailed at any frequency you require, but typically this is weekly. We can also produce customized reports if required.
The information is collected daily by our data collection box and our data collection centre enables us to process information on our dedicated server. We then automatically send the report by email to your nominated person and we also review the information to highlight any discrepancies.
Your company will require RS232 port and an Analogue extension on your telephone system.
