Staff Performance and Levels of Service:
Solitaire analyses the time taken to answer incoming calls and any unanswered calls that have occurred. Staffing levels can be assessed from the call traffic patterns shown in the reports. This aspect of Call Management is ideal for customer services areas, helplines, sales and of course switchboard operators.
PABX Performance and Communications:
Solitaire alerts you to faulty, underused or congested telephone lines and extensions. You can also make informed decisions on how many are required as well as their distribution. In addition, analysing company's call traffic to, e.g., overseas or other UK branches, you can assess the benefits of alternative carriers or private wires and evaluate voice mail, automated attendant or direct lines.
Cost Analysis and Cost Apportioning Reports:
These reports concentrate on telephone usage and expenditure by extension user, by department, etc; highlighting unreasonably long or expensive calls; monitoring budgets and traffic to other branches or to specific numbers. `Account coded` calls can be logged for client/project billing purposes.
The Solitaire software is installed alongside your other Windows applications (you do not have to `dedicate a PC` to it) and the PC is simply connected to your phone system to collect the call data generated.
